* Referral Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions (these “Terms”) carefully. These Terms govern our customer referral program (the “Program”).

  1. 1. Eligibility:

    If you are a customer of any AffiniPay product or service with an account in good standing, you can refer any legal professional you know who has not previously subscribed to CASEpeer (each, a “Referral”).

  2. 2. Referral Process:

    You may submit any Referral to CASEpeer. There is not a limit on the number of Referrals you may submit.

    All Referrals must be submitted through the Refer a Colleague webpage (the “Referral Page”) in order for our team to track the progress of the Referral. Inviting an individual through the Referral Page will generate an automatic invitation email to the prospective Referral.

    Once you have submitted your referral, our team will monitor the Referral’s status and will follow up with you once the Referral has been confirmed as an active customer in our system.

  3. 3. Referral Rewards:

    In order for you to receive a Referral Reward (defined below), the Referral must complete the process of signing up for a monthly or annual subscription of CASEpeer and must not have previously subscribed to CASEpeer.

    Referral rewards may include discounts, credits, vouchers, or other benefits, as determined by CASEpeer and as described above (“Referral Rewards”). Referral Rewards are not paid unless and until the Referral has successfully opened their account and paid their first subscription fee. Only one person can earn a Referral Reward for a single Referral; CASEpeer shall determine in its sole discretion which person receives a Referral Reward, if any. Referrals who receive their own incentive or reward for subscribing to CASEpeer may not be eligible for other promotions or offers. CASEpeer reserves the right to withhold or deduct Referral Rewards if CASEpeer determines or reasonably suspects that the Referral Reward is a result of any error, fraud, illegal activity, or violation of the CASEpeer Customer Agreement.

  4. 4. Restrictions:

    In connection with your participation in the Program, you expressly agree to the restrictions listed below. When distributing, promoting, or communicating your Referral Code(s), you agree that you will not: 

    • Spam anyone with invitations to join CASEpeer or otherwise, and you will comply at all times with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and other applicable laws.
    • Refer, attempt to refer, or message people you do not personally know.
    • Use automated systems or bots of any kind to distribute, post, or respond to your referral invitation.
    • Mislead or attempt to mislead anyone in connection with the Program, including, without limitation, by impersonating anyone, creating fake accounts, misrepresenting your relationship with CASEpeer or any third party, misrepresenting the nature of the Program, or suggesting any affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership exists where it does not.
    • Use the CASEpeer name or brand except as explicitly described in these Referral Terms.
    • Communicate or distribute prohibited content, which includes, without limitation, the following:
      • disparaging or defamatory content;
      • content which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, discrimination, or physical harm of any kind;
      • offensive, abusive, intimidating, or harassing content;
      • content that is sexually explicit, obscene, and/or contains nudity;
      • any political and/or religious statement;
      • content containing images or reference to drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or firearms;
      • content that names a CASEpeer competitor;
      • content that violates someone else’s privacy.
    • Use someone else’s brand name or intellectual property without their written consent.
    • Sell or attempt to sell your referral.
    • Refer or attempt to refer yourself by any means.

  5. 5. Additional Terms:

    Nothing in these Terms shall obligate CASEpeer to actually offer or sell any products or services or consummate any transaction with any existing or prospective customer, including any Referral. The CASEpeer Customer Agreement governs CASEpeer’s provision of products and services to any customer.

    The Program and the Referral Rewards are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time, at the sole discretion of CASEpeer.
